Grati-Tools
My kids and I created these as part of an effort to make gratitude a daily practice during a period where we were, and are, spending a lot of time in hospitals, medical offices, and clinical trial settings.
One day - we want to see every family and kid receiving treatment from a children's hospital gifted a lagniappe of grati-tools- because gratitools have helped us embrace that space between what happens and how we react.
We have used gratitools as an approach for advocacy and to focus on wellness during periods of illness.

Gratitude improves health and well being. For our family "gratituding" is as important to our health as working out, playing, dancing, eating well, giggling, yoga/meditation, sleeping, and strong social connections.
